Hi Barry! After looking at your history, it is apparent to us that the last thing you received was something back in September of 2017. We are not sure what you are referring to here so can you please give us more details about what you are talking about by emailing us at [email protected]? You may be referencing one of our free trading strategies we offer and those strategies are designed for beginners and advanced traders. Which means that we never get too technical and try not to confuse traders starting out We are sorry you are to sophisticated for our simple step by step strategies and are looking for more advanced materials. We wish you the best and we hope you find what you are looking for. best wishes, Team @ TSG

Hi Mike! So I just just reviewed your history and found that you did try to contact us on May 30th but our support inbox did not show it. Looks to be like there was a glitch in the system that made your ticket not get to us. We are truly sorry about that and we sent a request to our support provider as to why this happened. If you were to have messaged us more than once, you most likely would have got a reply. We did get your other request so that is why I am thinking we would have saw it. As far as false advertising, how so? We offer 30 day money back guarantee on all our products. You are 100% welcome do receive a refund on your $7 report, you just need to ask. Please email us at [email protected]. We want to chat with you. -Team @ TSG
