I would really like to rate the company a 5, but my experience so far has been dismal, a 1 at best. I have purchased the Big Three Indicator after doing the strategy manually for quite some time, and asked for an explanation of how the DEFAULT settings work for stops, for example. Instead of getting an answer, I get "you should just tweak them". NO. I asked how the DEFAULT settings work, that should be an easy answer, particularly in how stops are set by the indicator. Then I start getting another advertisement for the Forex Power Indicator, which is FREE, just give me your email. All I get back is an email with a sales pitch for the indicator along with a strategy. I don't NEED the strategy, I want the free indicator. Casey Stubbs has been around a long time, and up until now I had a good impression of him through Winner's Edge. I even worked with him on a campaign through ProAct Traders back when I was moderating their room. But these two things, to which I am getting NO response, lead me to give the 1 rating. If anyone on his staff reads this, please check your emails, to a rep named Alex, about my question on the Big Three default settings and the FREE forex power indicator as I'm getting nowhere fast with Alex! Roxy Lewis Update: July 17, 2018 I see there is a rather hostile reply below. Clearly the writer didn't read what my concerns were, as I was very clear. He did, however, send me a link to just the indicator, without the sales pitch. Perhaps he should re-read what I said and he'll see the questions. Lacking an ability to do that, I will contact him at the email address given and go over it, AGAIN, to see if he can get it. The issue is 1) non-working link to the indicator and instead getting a sales pitch (now corrected, thank you) 2) lack of an answer regarding the DEFAULT settings on the Big Three Indicator (still outstanding). Hey Roxanne! So you are experiencing issues with our big three indicator and want to know how our stop loss is calculated? Have you watched all of the members area videos about our big three indicator? We made a ton that address some common questions. So the big three indicator is a trending indicator which means it looks for potential momentum spikes. The reason we would tell you that you can tweak is that every trader is different so that you can tweak this based on your trading style (if you wish) About the forex power indicator what exactly are you upset about? The free indicator? The fact that we ask for your email, which you have already given us? Casey has been in the financial industry for a long time and is someone who made tradingstrategyguides.com what it is today. Who else gives out as much free trading content like we do? We publish anywhere from 2 to 3 strategy articles per week now and we plan on adding more in the near future. Excellent customer service, always responded within 24hrs or lest. The program does not work for the Emini futures at the moment. So I have to ask for a refund that was done in just minutes.
