They bombard you each day with a sales pitch email. Another new Great Indicator! I unsubscribed after 2 weeks. At least they have respected that. I guess thier indicators are OK. I got their Forex Power Indicator Trading Strategy which was just instuctions on how to use their curency strength meter. The Guide, in addition to including another promo link to buy more stuff, said to use two other indicators and price action to time my entries. Really? I mean who doesn't use price action and indicators to select ones entries?

I would not buy anything from this company. Zero customer support or service after purchasing Big Three software- which would not work. Had to file a claim with Paypal to get a refund, as they would not even answer me on direct chat, after initiating conversation with me. The sad part about this is it may be a great product? Who knows?? With customer service like this, I can't imagine that they place any value on their customers. In response to their erroneous reply: You failed to answer my concerns on direct chat- which YOU initiated. Obviously you did not comprehend what I wrote in my initial review. Please read it again and try to locate where I wrote the word "e-mail". Please try to be more aware of your customers needs- instead of just their money.
