I do not recommend I bought an account money collected login no writing to the wall no one writes back and today they suspended my account for no reason one big mockery and of course there were 3 accounts that I lost because someone had such a whim I only got an email that my account is suspended. I do not recommend it. Please be careful with this company. Customer service contact is almost non-existent they do not write back. I am not the first one a lot of people pass accounts and have no money paid out

Live chat being not provided these days and also not replaying mailed , I bought more than 3 accounts and mailed support team and awaiting response from 25 days but no reply getting yet. This one is only frustrating & fraud prop fund nothing else as well waste of time. Affiliate comission of 15% this is not providing about this they are telling a lie completely. I regularly mailed about affiliate comission of 15% but worst support nothing got reply yet.

On the website, it states first payout in eight days so I got a funded account and I had to wait 30 days. It just seems suspect to me this company might be legit, but I’ll never buy another challenge from them. Also, they have limits on how much you can make a day and that sketchy to me, I don’t like being capped on what I can make. Too many constraints. Also they do not answer emails . Do not mess with this company you will waste your money.

I attempted to buy a 200K funded account a month ago. My bank payment did not go through, no issues with my bank. I emailed TradeX and still ZERO help, no emails back. Terrible customer service. Too many complicated rules. No support. Very difficult website to use regarding submitting a surport ticket and making a payment. I do not recommend them at all.

Estuve realizando una evalución en la empresa con una cuenta de 10K. Pase la primera fase, pase la 2da fase y me enviarón el Certificado de haber logrado el reto. Cuando me iban a dar la cuenta fondeada me envian el correo de que no pase. Me comuniqué con ellos por correo a soporte, también me conetacte con un agente por la plataforma y nunca me dieron una respuesta del por que supuestamente falle el reto.

Yet after multiple tickets, emails, and follow-ups, I still have no access and no refund. Support has gone silent. This is unacceptable and I now question whether this platform is legitimate. Be careful before sending them any money!

Live Chat funktioniert nicht, ein Ticket wurde nicht beantwortet. Bin absolut enttäuscht und kann diese Firma nicht weiterempfehlen!
