Very poor prop firm as I have experienced. I passed my phase 1 challenge competition and become funded trader. I earned 4100 and asked for withdrawal after 8 days of prop firm rule, then they told me to wait 21 days more. I continued for trading putting stop loss but it did not closed at the point of stop loss and took all money what ever I earned and even account has been closed after making 10% max drawdown limit. Very worst.

If there was a zero star they would have it!!! I was $62 shy of the goal and told me that Saturday the 30th is there liquidity pull and closed all of my trades!!! Even the ones they weren't suppose to close!! This platform lied and said trade your style!!! I deserve a $10,000 live account or $10,000 dollars!!! I am collaborating with others for a class action lawsuit!!! I am using social media since I have a big online presence!!! I do have receipts, dates, and times!!!! I also have OCD!!! Let's clarify, I didn't say withdrawal, I said trades!!! Here is an ongoing ticket #35177135 with ERIN TRADEXMASTERY SUPPORT TEAM. I have already reached out and nothing was resolved but my ticket was closed out!!!

The worst prop firm! Two days ago they randomly blocked access to TradeLocker while I was in solid profit. I couldn’t get back in until the trade completely reversed and I lost the account! I asked who would take responsibility, and none of them ever reply. Simply UNACCEPTABLE.”

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr unprofessionell. Ich habe 2 Challenges gekauft. Endlich beide bestanden und dann bekomme ich nur für eine die Daten. Es wird nicht auf Mails reagiert. Seit 19. August nicht. Das ist absolut unprofessionell. Und nicht vertrauenswürdig.

14th of August I passed successfully my challenge account, then I get KYC and then they started the server’s transition and after that I still didn’t receive my new passes to the funded account. I’ve been waiting for more than 2 weeks. They also don’t respond to my emails

This company has demonstrated unresponsiveness and misleading practices. They altered their leverage terms midstream without any notice. Although they advertise leverage of 1:50 on indices, the actual leverage provided is only 1:20. Even after this issue was brought to their attention, no corrective action has been taken. Instead, they continue to register new clients while promoting the inaccurate claim of 1:50 leverage.
