Very bad experience with TradeXMastery. Their customer support is almost impossible to reach — they don’t respond properly by email or chat. Also, the consistency score isn’t clearly displayed anywhere, which makes it easy to fail the challenge without even knowing why. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone looking for a reliable and transparent prop company.

There are way better companies out there. There is literally no support available, even if you open a ticket you have to wait days until someone gets back to you. The payout time is 21 days which is just way too long The dashboard glitches too many times and it’s not working correctly.
