Thank you for sharing your concerns. I understand your frustration and I’m sorry this felt disappointing. Your account was gifted to you as part of the AkashX promotion, and their terms require you to keep an active subscription to continue participating in the challenge. Your access ended in phase 1 when your AkashX subscription ended, which meant the account couldn’t progress to the funded stage so a withdrawal wasn’t possible. You can still join our programs without being an AkashX member by purchasing directly on our website, and our current BOGO offer might help. Our support widget is open if you need help, and you’re welcome to share anything that could help improve your experience or increase your rating.

Hi there, we’re sorry to hear you felt this way. Our payout timelines are guided by standard verification and compliance steps that apply to all customers. Delays can sometimes happen when additional checks are needed, but our team is always happy to help. Please reach out to our Support Team using the support widget on our website so we can look into your case and sort things out as soon as possible. Update (Nov 12, 2025): After reviewing your case, your KYC verification was unfortunately rejected, which means a payout could not be processed under our compliance policies. Additionally, our system flagged prearranged or synchronized trading activity, which is strictly prohibited under section 10.3.10 of our terms. If you’d like to clarify or appeal this outcome, please reach out to our Support Team through the widget on our website so we can review it together.
