Retiro
Llevo un año usando esta plataforma y, sinceramente, me encanta. Siempre he tenido una experiencia excelente y por eso valoro mucho lo que han construido como empresa. Sin embargo, tengo un problema que lamentablemente soporte aún no ha logrado solucionarme. Desde el 30 de septiembre estoy esperando un retiro… ¡sí, casi dos meses ya! El detalle es que mi wallet ERC-20 registrada está incorrecta, y si envían los fondos allí, literalmente se perderán en el universo cripto para siempre (y créanme, no quiero que mis fondos se vayan de paseo). He intentado cambiar la dirección, pero la plataforma arroja error cada vez. Agradecería muchísimo cualquier ayuda para resolver esto, porque quiero seguir confiando en un servicio que hasta ahora me ha demostrado calidad. Gracias por su atención y por seguir mejorando cada día.
