This is the 2nd review I am writing in a month. This company is a bunch of scam artists. They pretended to anser my questions on instagram but would not contact me on their website. I have repeatedly asked to speak to someone via email or over the phone and they dance around it. I passed a funded account very easily and followed all the rules. These @$$holes “Failed” my account because I used to many IP addresses. Just another excuse on their part to fail and not pay people their money. Everyone reading this review please save your time and money and go else where. I know multiple now that this has happened to. This company is fraudulent and awful.

You pass the challenge and they’ll find an excuse for you not to get a withdrawal. Claiming you are copy trading without any evidence is absolute bullshit. Never giving this company a penny again.

I bought an instant account from them, managed to be profitable and on the chat they said they going to process my balance in 10 business day if its less then 1000 dollars. I withdraw 700 dollars. 10 working days passed, nothing. Texted them, this time they said its 21 business days. 21 business days passed I wrote them again. Sorry for delay, we will proceed in 30 days. Now is over 2 months passed, still didn't get anything. I have open ticket with them so I can't open a new one to discuss this further. And they closed the chat area on the open ticket saying that they will contact me. Never happened. I cant even answer. Dont waste your money with them!

I sent a withdrawal request to Tradex Mastery more than a month ago, but I still have not received any response. The status always shows "pending." I also tried to contact them through email and support tickets, but their automatic system keeps saying the amount is wrong, even though I entered the correct amount for my inquiry. I purchased more than 10 funded accounts, passed first time the challenges successfully, and then requested a withdrawal. However, I have not received my payment. I feel very disappointed and believe this may be a scam. My recommendation is to be careful and think twice before buying any challenge from Tradex Mastery. Thank you.

Vandaag alweer naar 54 dagen een slechte mail ontvangen. Een week geleden een bericht gestuurd waar blijf mijn storting? Vandaag had ik antwoord dat ik copy trade gebruikt en daardoor krijg ik niet, maar nu spelen ze met meerdere mensen dit ik heb vrienden hun ook meegemaakt. En wij hebben niets gekopieerd. Oplichters koop je de accounts maar hun geven niets terug. Mij vorige review wilden ze niet laten plaatsen.! Graag will ik dit serieus nemen of mensen niet in de waar nemen! Slecht oplichter bedrijf.!!!! I am submitting this email as an official complaint regarding the delay and refusal of my payment. After waiting for 54 days, I contacted your support team again last week to ask about the status of my deposit/payment. In your latest response, you stated that I allegedly used copy trading and therefore I am not eligible for a payout. I would like to clearly state that I have not used copy trading at any time. Therefore, this reason for refusing my payment is incorrect. Furthermore, several other users, including friends of mine, have experienced the same situation and received identical explanations despite not using copy trading. This raises serious concerns about the fairness and transparency of your practices. I kindly request a clear explanation supported by evidence and the immediate processing of my payment. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider submitting formal complaints to consumer protection authorities and sharing my experience publicly.

SCAM. I was extremely happy when I reached almost 4,500 USD in profit. That money would have helped my family finance the reconstruction of our old house. However, it has now been almost two months since I submitted my withdrawal request, and it is still “pending.” I have not broken any rules. I have opened two support tickets. All I received was a generic “pending” response. No clear explanation. No payout date. No specific reason for the delay. This is unacceptable. Do not pay any money to this company. I am now trying to recover at least the fee I paid for the challenge through my bank. What hurts the most is that no one will compensate me for the 37 days I spent trading, following the rules, and earning that profit — only to see it withheld without explanation. Very disappointing. This has to be one of the biggest scam out there. I was deceived with their big promotions and promises and now stuck with my money not getting back at me. We all need to create more awareness about how bad they are. I have never experienced such over 3 years with #CoventrySecurities#. Unpopular ones are the reliable ones.

Hi Scamers. Its been more then 7 months that Im waiting on your response. There is no way to contact you, your bots replying same shit over and over again. You dont have a bit of dignity to look after your customers. I hope everyone will step away from this joke of business. I sent 4000 usdt in crypto to one of their wallets by mistake and shared all transaction details with wallet id and full trasnaction detils. Never got someone to look in to that problem and refund my money back. Bots replying bulshit. Poople avoid this scam or anything related to this company if you can call it company. Do not trust them!!!!! No one replied back in 7 months!! 4000 usd lost!!
