BE AWARE, SCAM PLATFORM! The platform is horrible, all the inquiries from people that are looking for products are fake profiles. We contacted over 100 people on the platform by mail and phone, all of these people had never heard from TradeWheel and did not launch any inquiries or had any interest in buying products. The TradeWheel customer service is refusing to give us a refund. I would not recommend this platform for any manufacturers are business that are looking for legit buyers or inquiries.

Dear Louis I hope this finds you in the best of health. We are really sorry to hear that you have faced these problems with Tradewheel.com. Tradewheel.com is the leading B2B Trading platform that has millions of verified Buyers & Suppliers. Our clients have never faced such concerns that you highlighted as all the buyers are verified & authentic. Further, we have verified the case through our Q/A department and our International Sales Manager has provided various connected buyers with you over different mediums. Still if you have faced any such concerns, we would like you to share the reference so we can look into it further. Looking forward to your response Regards!

Absolutely ridiculous service. in 1 year we barely got 20 leads, most of which were very small clients. I was promised wholesalers/distributors at the time of signing up. We only closed 2 orders and did not even recover our investment. The moment we closed our second order, our account manager kept pressing me to leave a 5 star review on Trustpilot so I did. (I'm pretty sure thats how they are getting their 5 star reviews over here). But after that, we haven't received any new enquiry in the last 8 months. Our manager kept saying that "hes working on leads". I do not recommend this website at all. Please dont waste your money.

All fake inquiries are posted by there team. Don’t need to take membership they are just posting old inquires of alibaba and all inquiries which they gives are from alibaba. We have been the members of the treadwheel and just wasted our money
