Extremely Disappointing Experience I deeply regret purchasing a Tradewheel membership. It was a complete waste of money, time, and effort. From my experience, the company seemed far more focused on selling subscriptions than delivering the service they promised. Most buyer leads were irrelevant or unresponsive, and customer support was extremely slow and failed to resolve my concerns. The overall service felt very unprofessional, and my interactions with different team members only reinforced that impression. I would never recommend this membership to anyone. No matter what promises are made during the sales process, based on my experience, I strongly suggest you do not purchase this membership.

I am an oil broker. I trade diesel and jet fuels. I see a lot of requests on Tradewheel for quotes on the products I sell, usually more than I have seen on other B2B platforms. This means more opportunities for my company and thus more downstream business for us. I am genuinely happy with Tradewheel!

My Experience with TradeWheel The ISM team responds quickly and communicates clearly, resolving issues efficiently. We have been working with TradeWheel for about three months. Unfortunately, despite this, our company has not closed a single deal through the platform. Most of the leads we received were either fake, irrelevant, or completely unresponsive. Because we send several quotations to buyers that request for it but no response or a knowledge. TradeWheel promises genuine international buyers and a high return on investment, but that has not been our experience. We invested both time and money without seeing any meaningful results. My advice to anyone considering this platform is to verify every lead independently before making any commitments or payments. Based on our experience so far, it feels like TradeWheel is more focused on selling memberships than on helping businesses connect with genuine buyers. As things stand today, I would not recommend this platform to businesses that are serious about B2B international trade.
