Chelly was excellent with canceling my scheduled trip and providing information on other destinations for rescheduling.

Chelly Dalton has made this experience great!! She has been so helpful and Im so excited to have had her helping and booking my Birthday getaway.

Adam was really helpful in scheduling my accommodations, despite having bad weather in his area. He stepped up and made things easy for me, if only everything were that simple! Thanks Adam, job well done!

Chelly was up front about what she could do, up graded our package and even called me back to tell me about the upgrade ON SHORT NOTICE! We were able to book 4 days ahead of our travel

Chelly Siri-Dalton Was very pleasant and informative during the whole booking process. Thank you!!

Chelly Dalton was friendly and helpful. She resolved my issue efficiently.

I would rate Debbie Leonard even higher if it were possible. She attentively listened to my concerns and addressed them promptly. She made me feel valued not only as a customer but also as a friend. Her genuine care was truly remarkable. Her knowledge of the business was impeccable. She is the go-to person who will make your dream vacation a reality.

I had the pleasure of working with Debbie to book our family vacation. She worked with me until we found the perfect place and date in Puerto Vallarta. She was client centred, super friendly and very competent in her role! Thanks so much Debbie for your guidance and support making this an easy process!
