Hello Support,I absolutely reject your explanation. Your logs do NOT show a user error; they clearly prove a massive platform synchronization failure and an application freeze. The Server Disconnect Proof: At 14:31:26.777, your own log states: 'Marktdatendienst (MDS) neu initialisiert' (Market Data Service Re-initialized). This is the definitive technical proof that your data stream crashed and lost connection during my trade, causing the entire GUI to freeze on my screen.Delayed Execution: Because your frontend interface froze, my inputs were locked out. I was clicking the emergency flatten buttons, but your frozen system delayed the processing. No trader waits 31 seconds between panic clicks unless the interface is completely unresponsive.Tradeify Responsibility: Tradeify integrated your interface into their platform. Your system lag directly caused the destruction of my funded account (ID: RTSL50817470641).This is a verified platform infrastructure failure, not a trader mistake. I will update my public Trustpilot reviews with this exact technical breakdown to expose how your 'Market Data Service' crashes and you blame the client.I demand that this case is immediately forwarded to a senior network engineer and a management level supervisor to issue a free reinstatement of my 50K Funded Account.Regards,Marcin Zoellman

Great platform, very smooth, and has every feature you need. Has a built in copy trader which recently glitched for me, but after I contacted support, they made it up to me and got me my accounts back.
