DO NOT USE COPIER. Copier will engage solely after you pause it. Will not recommend Tradesea to anyone stick to tradovate. I opened up a support ticket because I wasn’t copy trading but somehow still getting copied to my other accounts. After opening the ticket the agent Daren insisted I re-enabled the copier when I had already had a lockout on all my accounts. Now why would I re-enable the a copier and all my accounts be locked for 5hrs ? lol so come Asia session the copier was somehow still coping after I paused it and locked each account out. Darren was the worst support agent Tradesea could’ve assigned me, not only did he not understand the reasoning behind me never re-enabling the copier because my accounts had been locked for 5hrs lol but he believed I did even though I didn’t take a trade from 11am until 6:19pm est because the accounts were locked after the pause on the copier. Not only has the copier gave me issues but the fill ordered and closing out orders have been a disaster causing major slippage and even not even working until closing out the app and reopening it. Tradesea never takes fault in any platform issues and believes all issues have been solely on the trader.STAY AWAY

I would strongly advise against using TradeSea based on my experience. I constantly run into errors when trying to open a position or modify my Stop Loss and Take Profit. It’s frustrating, especially when these are essential features for trading. On top of that, there seem to be no updates or improvements. I’ve started using tradingthings.io instead, and it’s exactly what TradeSea should be.

Horrible!!! Elegí esta plataforma pensando que era buena y aún siendo la misma propfirm el mismo tipo de cuenta la demora en ejecutar las ordenes es horrible, tanto así que en el NQ los SL de 100 pasaban a 280 en horario de NY 10:00 cosa que en ningúna plataforma con las mismas condiciones de cuenta y la misma empresa no pasaba. Que grave error haber confiado en tradesea como plataforma.

Fills are actually god awful. I moved my stop down to the protected low when the indice performed a breakeven hunt to tap the top of the breaker. Originally it was moved to the bottom of the wick it made when it did the breakeven hunt, then I moved it lower. Before I moved it down, it would’ve been a -$70 loss. Tradesea took me out for -$300. I then tried to enter again, but here it hit my DLL AND took an extra $200 on top of the -1000 DLL from my pocket there as well. I cannot stress how much I dislike this platform. Stay away and choose project X, as I should have. Please respond to this and help me fix this, as I do not want to be subject to terrible slippage costing me money but more so time

I would strongly advise against using TradeSea based on my experience. I had a serious technical issue affecting my account. TradeSea confirmed to me that the issue existed, yet when it came time to actually resolve the consequences, I was left chasing support. I opened support tickets and repeatedly followed up, but they stopped responding. Even after the issue had been acknowledged, I was left without a proper resolution or clear explanation. To make matters worse, while I was trying to get answers, I was muted from their Discord server, further preventing me from communicating with the people who were supposed to help. This is not how a serious trading platform should operate. Technical issues happen — refusing to take responsibility and then cutting off communication is the real problem. I gave TradeSea plenty of opportunities to resolve this privately. Instead, I was ignored, my support case remained unresolved, and I was left with no meaningful avenue for assistance. If you're considering using TradeSea, think twice. Based on my experience, I would not trust them with a trading account or recommend them to anyone.

So far, tradesea has been smooth and convenient for my trading needs.
