Update as of September 11, 2026Here are a few more highly "interesting" facts about the TradeSanta platform, which is so passionately praised by Mr. Michael (I will get back to this gentleman later, as things are starting to get sketchy there too).On August 6th, TradeSanta deigned to reply to my question about whether this was a global system outage. They officially stated—and I have full confirmation in the chat logs and screenshots—that this issue affects exclusively MY bots. I would like to strongly emphasize that word: MY.I thought to myself: alright, maybe my old user profile actually suffered some kind of database error. So, I created a completely new, fresh account with a new email address, generated new API keys, and set up the bots from scratch. To speed up the test, I set up the test bot with a tight grid as usual: 0.5% TP and 0.5% EO. And what happened? Exactly the same thing I described earlier. The bot was simply left stranded like an orphan with nothing but a single Sell (take profit) order. So, I decided to play along and test a looser grid: 1% TP and 1% EO. The result? The exact same bugged behavioral pattern: first, the engine skipped the defense points (Extra Orders), and the moment the bot executed the TP, it was left with only the Sell order. And only the Sell order. So my question is: dear Santa, how on earth does this, as you previously pointed out in the chat, only affect MY bots? The only logical explanation is that your backend engine is some kind of psionic medium that senses my presence and has an obsession exclusively with MY BOTS. Or maybe I have just discovered that ALL USERS ARE AT RISK. I will leave this question for you to explain. Now let's move on to your response and PR. First of all—"thanks" for your reply under my review, but tell me: what is that supposed to be? Pulling my messages out of context—and messages from the very beginning of this 5-month battle when I still naively believed and trusted in you? And in the review itself, I clearly noted how long I’ve been with you and that UNTIL RECENTLY I would have fought for your reputation until the last drop of blood. Are you trying to show that I am some indecisive client who doesn't know what he wants?I know exactly what I want. I don’t want your refund of a 90-dollar subscription. I am fighting to get your noble dev team to finally move their asses and fix an engine that used to work. I AM WAGING THIS "WAR" WITH YOU JUST TO MAKE THIS PRODUCT WORK.Since you enjoy playing the black PR game so much, let’s dive a bit deeper. Exactly a few days after my negative review, an opinion from a "new user" suddenly appears on the profile. (Dear reader, note that for a very, very long time before this, no reviews had appeared here). Sure, maybe someone actually registered and is thrilled (which I personally highly doubt, and in light of the recent test, this satisfaction won't last long), but look at the style of this post and how it mirror-images my accusations. I'm not saying it's a 100% fake, but about 80-90% of the facts speak for themselves. I point out that the bots on Binance don't work—the reviewer writes that they run like gold for him. I say support is a failure—the reviewer claims the support is brilliant. As far as I'm concerned, that’s a few too many coincidences. That's all for now. I will keep updating this thread as the situation unfolds and more telemetry comes in. The tests are ongoing, and I am truly sorry that I had to bring this war to a public forum, but I see no other motivation for the developers than making what is happening public. Besides, what has it come to when a user is the one fighting to make a product functional, rather than the company itself.
