I had not been receiving text updates for a day so I called the help/support line. My issue was addressed immediately while I was on the phone with the representative. The representative showed concern for my issue and quickly fixed it and then sent a "test" text to confirm it had been fixed.

I've made lots of calls since back in November, saying I was having trouble getting info from the site. I have submitted many email requests to no avail. Finally, today I got Kobe today.! he helped Bookmark my computer to get me direct access to the club and all the contents that I have been paying for. He showed me how to get the OPTIONS trading training I have been wanting so I could use Ron's recommendations which I haven't been able to get.!! I hope it doesn't get Kody in trouble, but he walked me through the whole sight showing what I asked for and things he thought a Newby was going to need. He gave me his personal website, if I had any questions. He spent over an hour, I told him I was ready to cancel the next day before he helped me so professionally and compassionately. The only thing I had been able to get was Ron's sale pitches, which I must seen them all two times. I feel this service I got from Kody was what Ron had been promising in his pitches. I told Kody, I felt like I knew Ron I had watched so much. He said he had met Ron and he was a really nice guy to work for.

Never heard about this company but i receive daily emails from them under SMB News. About 5 a day. When i tried to unsubscribe i got on their website but that obviously is not working. Not even sure where to start, perhaps by reporting this company to commission officer for using my email address without consent and making it difficult to unsubscribe
