We asked for a refund request from the trademarke winners they try to blackmail and extor us this is fraud. Company said they would sell my trademark if I asked for a refund. If this happened to you we are filling with the da in California would love to have class action lawsuit .

Be very cautious of this company. During the verification process, they refused to turn on their camera. I paid, but they would not be visible with their verification process. When I stated I would be recording, they refused to continue. The Zoom screen name title claimed to be a verification attorney. Speaking with a heavy accent, the caller, James Murphy, as he claimed his name to be, said they would not appear on camera or allow recording. James Murphy claimed that when I stated I never knew an attorney who would not show their face on a Zoom call, Mr. Murphy said it was not an attorney, so why would I think it was? He denied what I saw on the screen.

As I was tired of complaining before, I spent time waiting and struggling trying to get trademark done for my company. There is a last option if I have to lodge the complaint with consumer affairs accordingly for the reasons of disputes. I have submitted my application & paid the government fees for the company trademark even though they demanded separate fees for one more application for the logo, which is unnecessary. As I understand, one company name, one logo, or, in exception, more than one company. I want them to know if I haven’t received the response, I want to go to the government department as a last option. I am not interested in continuing suffering from this immoral business practices when they don't even respect you after getting paid as I requested. I need your help with this matter.

be careful with this company ...do not send money and or make any payments ...they are not a legitim Trademark company and will try to get your money. Hire a lawyer for your trademark needs or go directly to the USPTO website.

Paid them money to file a trademark. Stole money, never filed trademark. attempted to get a refund. would not return funds. Filled an FTC complaint and got a refund from my bank.
