We worked with TrademarkElite to file an international trademark via their partner in the UAE. After paying all registration and consultancy fees over two years ago, we are still waiting for a resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups, meetings with their UAE counsel, and providing full documentation including global certificates, purchase records, and proof of brand activity, there has been no tangible progress. In September 2025, we received a promise of a final update “by the end of the week.” As of October, no response. No updates. No accountability. We feel completely abandoned and misled. This has caused significant delays in protecting our brand and legal position in the region. We are now pursuing refund claims and legal complaints through U.S. regulatory authorities.

TrademarkElite was incredibly communicative at every step of the process and made everything smoother than we ever imagined. Their guidance and support exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
