I received a very pertinent opposition to my trademark, on May 19th 2026, and wasn't informed until July 26, 2026. On top of that, the agent assigned to me was unhelpful, and condescending.

Had the worst experience with this company. My appointed lawyer and she was extremely rude. It's been a while since I had their bad service. Sometimes, when you spend on things that aren't cheap and get treated poorly with no accountability, it tends to stick with you.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We apologize if our service efforts were not what we expected them to be. When you engaged us back in 2022, you had an attorney who left the firm shortly after we filed the application, and during the transition, communication was not up to our standards. We are happy that your trademark was successfully registered, but very sorry if we treated you rudely.

I paid for an initial package to get help with creating a Trademark. I was quickly told that what I wanted to TM I would not be able to and so I let them know I would not be needing their services. Today I find out they have been charging my credit card for a subscription. When I called they said I was paying them to monitor my TM. The TM I do not have! Said they would cancel the subscription so my card would not be charged anymore, but I never signed up for a subscription in the first place! The initial $99 charge... Yes, I owe that and while it likely only took them 15mins to tell me I couldn't do it that is on me.... but the additional $99 charges that were charged to me when no work was done because I do not have anything for them to monitor needs to come back to me because it is the right thing to do and I never subscribed to anything.

We worked with TrademarkElite to file an international trademark via their partner in the UAE. After paying all registration and consultancy fees over two years ago, we are still waiting for a resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups, meetings with their UAE counsel, and providing full documentation including global certificates, purchase records, and proof of brand activity, there has been no tangible progress. In September 2025, we received a promise of a final update “by the end of the week.” As of October, no response. No updates. No accountability. We feel completely abandoned and misled. This has caused significant delays in protecting our brand and legal position in the region. We are now pursuing refund claims and legal complaints through U.S. regulatory authorities.

You are correct in noting that the process has taken significantly longer than any of us had expected, as all of the filings were submitted to the UAE trademark office in 2024. We wish that we could expedite the UAE government's review process, but unfortunately, that is beyond our power to do. We are a US-based law firm, and rely on our network of attorneys to file in many foreign jurisdictions, including the United Arab Emirates. While your filings were timely submitted to the UAE trademark office, the government has still have not rendered a final decision regarding your application. There is little we can do to assuage the frustration this has caused, but we will continue to follow up regularly with our agents in UAE and provide an update as soon as there is any word from the UAE trademark office.

The lawyers didn't predict that I'd have a problem to trademark my compound word trademark. The first word in the trademark was challenged, thus affecting the success of the trademark. Had I have been made aware of this I would have ensured it was impossible to be challenged.

I've been getting solicitation emails from this company, so I decided to give it a go. Everything was going fine when I worked with the attorney Kate. We were working on my restaurant trademark as well as my franchise trademark. I still had my franchise trademark I needed to finish. And that's when the new Attorney Ruth showed up to handle my case. When we spoke on the phone, she was being EXTREMELY RUDE.. She stated I should find a different attorney since we had a bad relationship in the past.. By the way, It was my first time talking with her.. When I found out her emails happened to be in my spam folder, I tried to proceed with the application. But she told me I should just give the trademark application up because it won't help me. I find it absurd how she gets to decide everything when I'm the one paying the fees.. Both trademarks were recommended for my business from Kate and assistant Emeko was the reason why I paid for both trademarks applications. In the end, the fees I paid for the trademark went down the drain. I reached out to customer service, no refund. I've never been so disgusted from a company in my life. These trademark fees aren't cheap and my experience with this company was being treated poorly, wasted money, and time. If you're planning to work with this company, DON'T..

Trademark Elite botched my trademark process. Do not work with them. They charged me for an extension twice when my trademark did not need one. When they realized their mistake, they offered me a FIFTY DOLLAR discount instead of offering to fix it free of charge. Now my trademark has been abandoned, despite the fact that I have a successful business which has been featured on the news, in magazines, and more. Horrible work.
