I am generally happy with the service
I am generally happy with the service. However, there were occasions when my case was not followed up timely, resulting in slight delays in the process. It would have been brilliant if matters could be better monitored. Nonetheless, the service was good value for the money!

The only issue I faced was there was…
The only issue I faced was there was no update on the status of the task. So I was always worried about deadlines. When I called to check the status I always get "we have time"
