The process was fairly simple and fast. I ended up not needing the service right now after all and Lori helped tremendously with that. Communication was quick, helpful and kind.

Well my experience was awesome and easy for my first time with trademark-genius expectations was successful and jennifer my rep was very helpful. I did some things wromg and they immediately reach out to me.

We filed with Trademark Genius a few years ago and we've not had any issues that would discourage others from doing business with them. There have been a couple of instances where I had inquiries on the scope of how everything works, but they were clarified. Customer Service has been great and our assigned representative always responds in a timely manner.

Lori assisted me while I was confirming availability of my name. My project was available but is now on hold, and I was able to hold off for now on completing my filing. It's great to have a resource for trademark to turn to. Lori's communication was excellent for every question I had. This is an area I had a lot of questions, too! My experience was great.

I'm soooo happy with how little effort I've had to put into this dry ass process. I see people calling this a scam, but have you guys tried to DIY with USPTO? Filing directly with USPTO is still minimum $350 per class, plus the costs of getting a TM lawyer & any fees associated with that, plus it's on you every step of the way to make sure you file each component ON TIME. Jennifer knows exactly what to do & can explain it easily to me via email. I was highly motivated to own the IP I submitted (at whatever cost), and I have the privilege to pay for this convenience/outsourcing and am very happy I let Jennifer, Trademark Genius, and their lawyer handle it!
