Regarding the stop loss trigger, temporary price dislocations can occur in both live and simulated environments during periods of heightened volatility. This is not an issue related to the reliability of the platform or the simulation itself. As you mentioned, we did review the situation with you and provided a reset as a courtesy. 2. Concerning index options, we were in communication almost daily regarding the temporary SPX halt while coordinating with the DX team. During that period, trading of XSP, which is an SPX alternative, was permitted so traders could continue operating similar strategies while a resolution was pending. 3. With respect to DX Trade platform limitations, no support tickets or questions were submitted regarding adding indicators, resizing screens, or option chain behavior. We would have been more than happy to assist you in configuring indicators, studies, or layout settings. Many platform settings can be adjusted with guidance, and our team is always available to walk traders through setup questions. 4. The consistency rule is clearly displayed on our main website prior to purchase and is fully outlined in our FAQs. While the welcome email you received was associated with a different program template at the time, it has since been updated. Importantly, the correct rules were displayed on your dashboard from the date of purchase. If there was confusion, we are always available to clarify. We understand that platform preferences and trading styles vary from trader to trader. Hi Pips, Thank you for your review. We’d like to clarify the situation, as there are some important inaccuracies. At the time this was addressed, you had only completed 1 of the 5 required trading days in order to qualify for a payout. We also communicated to you that the purchase should not have been allowed due to your country of residence. As clearly stated in our FAQs, Lithuania is included in the list of countries we do not currently support. While the country selection should have been restricted at checkout, this was an error on our side, and we addressed it as soon as it was identified. We understand this was frustrating, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the checkout issue. However, country restrictions are disclosed publicly, and accounts from unsupported regions cannot be maintained. - The TradeFundrr Team

You have been in frequent communication with our team, and we have consistently answered your questions, including inquiries regarding how the 50 percent profit request structure works. It is not accurate to suggest that we “don’t know how or why it works” when this has been clearly explained to you through support. It is also incorrect to assume that we do not have traders reaching payout levels. We have many traders who successfully meet the requirements, request payouts, and continue operating profitably within the rules of the program. Our rules are clearly stated and are designed to identify disciplined, consistent traders. While we understand that our structure may not fit every trading style, we do not operate with ambiguity or “hidden” processes. Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand your frustration and want to clarify a few details about your experience. Since you were last with us in December 2024, we’ve made significant improvements to our evaluations. For the evaluation you were in, the daily drawdown is no longer a hard breach. It is now considered a soft breach, meaning it results in only a temporary daily pause on your account instead of a full closure. Additionally, under the previous structure, the daily loss limit would only hard breach your account if that $1,000 limit was exceeded in a single trading day. If your loss stayed below that amount, it was simply added to your trailing drawdown and would not have caused the account to fail. We encourage you to review our updated offerings, as we’ve worked hard to make the trading experience more transparent and trader-friendly. Hi Miguel, Thank you for sharing your feedback. You had your early incubator account for almost 9 months before any changes were made, and we’re sorry to hear about your frustration. To provide clarity: when you purchased the account, there was no plan or date in place to change or remove that program. However, as outlined in our Terms of Service, all programs are subject to change. When we later revamped our product offerings and discontinued the incubator accounts, we provided you with an instant funding evaluation for free in place of the account you originally had. This option was offered to ensure you still had access, and you accepted the instant funding account at that time. We understand that changes like these can be disappointing, but our goal is always to improve our programs and deliver the best possible trading experience for our traders.
