We value our client's feedback. However, we cannot agree with his feedback and here is the reason-- The issue was- his provider shared a signal with invalid SL price (for buy, the provider shared SL price higher than the entry price) and when the copier found that his provider shared an invalid SL price, it didn't execute the signal. On the other side, the provider edited the signal later and claiming that the signal should be opened then. The client wanted to open the signal when the signal is edited. He has already been informed that our Edit Message for SL/TP doesn't function to open a trade when it is edited. It edits the SL and TP price when a provider wants to edit the SL and TP price. Besides, even if we structure the copier in that way that a new signal will be opened through editing, it doesn't sound logical because the edit was meant to edit the exisiting signal, not to open a new trade. Thank you for the feedback you have shared but unfortunately, we have a disagreement with his feedback-- First of all, we have a technical support team who are providing clients with support 24/7. It is not possible for a person to provide with support 24/7. Our aim to provide quality service with quality support. There are many out there who need our help to set the copier for them and it is natural to ask for the help. If the support team is not very helpful and the copier is very hard to configure then we wouldn't be loved by our clients. So, we believe that this is a misguiding review from a client who didn't even share his details to get identified when asked

We believe this review is not meant for us-- because our copier doesn't get delayed in executions. Besides, we haven't found any record with this name in our system.

We have searched using his name on our support, even asked for the client details as well- yet we haven't found any record. Our copier is an app and ea based copier. We do not have any sort of MT4 interface to configure. Our App is easily set up using our in-built AI and the EA configuration is also done by our support agent as a "Free Set Up" to all new users. So, this user is not using our copier, rather providing negative information based on another copier entirely!

Thank you for the feedback you have shared but unfortunately, we have a disagreement with his feedback-- Our copier can differentiate between market order and limit order. The client didn't configure the copier properly. Our team has offered him remote support, yet we didn't get any response.

Thank you for the feedback you have shared but unfortunately, we have a disagreement with his feedback-- The client has been using the copier almost over the 6 months and till now he was happy with the support. However, recently, he has faced an issue which was needed our support to solve but the client wasn't cooperative with the support. We believe it was his change of mind not to use the copier anymore.
