Great Service and Software
Ignore any bad reviews for this software or company! Honestly went above and beyond to try and help me. Had a few error messages as the signal wasn't reading my TP or Sl. Toby remote connected to my PC and fixed it. Honestly thought was abit sketchy at first but let him anyway. THIS MAN DESERVES A PAY RISE! Fixed the issue quickly at 8 oclock at night as well. Software runs smoothly executes the trades in a blink of the eye and again customer service is just so good if you have any issues. Big Thanks to Toby again for all his support!

the support checked my config via…
the support checked my config via AnyDesk, and he/she managed to identify the issues in a couple of clicks. the EA are working fine well. sometimes just need a human touch to iron out the issues.
