I purchased the TRACKTICS GPS tracker in 2023 and initially used it five times without any issues — everything worked well back then. However, recently I’ve tried to use it three more times, and not once have I been able to transfer the data successfully to the app. The support is completely unresponsive. I’ve reached out multiple times and received no reply whatsoever. I paid €100 for this product, and now I’m left with a device that doesn’t work and no help at all. That’s unacceptable. Very, very disappointing.

My review is intended to help people make a purchase decision, whether for or against another manufacturer's product. My son has been using the tracker since March and is very happy with how it works. It is easy to use and understand. We bought the product in the “performance version” in December and wanted to have it activated. My son initially failed to create an account. However, he quickly made up for this. It has now been 4 weeks and we have not heard back from the support employee. Up to now, he was easy to contact and very friendly. Unfortunately, it now appears that the support team has no solution when problems occur. The evaluation options of the tracker without the performance package are unfortunately very limited and minimalistic. As customers, we are convinced by the product and the idea. Unfortunately, the service area cannot keep up with the product. As customers, we are more than very disappointed because we did not receive the service we bought and paid for.
