This site was wonderful it did everything it said it would. It kept ne up to date with changes and let me know before even uscis did. It was very accurate, I'm saying that because that was first question about the site.

Read about TrackMyVisaNow online from others and decided to give it a try. I was given an estimate time of approval and it was very accurate! I am satisfied with the information provided that came with the subscription.

Everything was efficient with Track My Visa. When we moved to the front of the line, we were told that we would hear back between June 12th and July 19th. We were approved on July 3rd. I liked being able to see the daily progress of the cases from my Priority Date. Seeing cases approved on a daily basis was very helpful. I understand that results have varied for different customers. But for me, I am very thoroughly satisfied!

Accurate, insightful into a notoriously opaque process, easy to use and understand. My one qualm is that your completion percentage will sometimes go down. I was at 81% to 80% to 79% then back up and down once I reached the front of the line. Seeing that number go down is more disheartening than seeing it stagnate would have been. I was approved while I was at 81% for the third time or so which, while a huge relief, makes it clear that the percentage to completion is just an estimate. It might be more helpful to have that metric count up to the "front of the line" then just rely on the "chances of getting approved" metric each week. Maybe say "You have a 21% chance of hearing back this week." Or something along those lines. Otherwise, this is an excellent tool that I enjoyed checking with my Fiancee every morning. Edit: Impressive response by the company, happy to bump my review up to five stars for going the extra mile. Keep up the good work 😁

Thanks for your review. We've taken your feedback seriously and have made changes to our app per your suggestion! Our PRO product is based on two key features: the position in line and the week-by-week forecast. Initially, we added the "percent complete" feature to give users a single easy number to focus on. However, trying to boil down a week-by-week estimate into a single number wasn't the right product decision: it detracted attention from the weekly estimate, which is what users should be most focused on. Also, since our estimates are dynamic (constantly adjusting to provide our users with the most up-to-date forecasts), the percentage complete would sometimes move backwards, as you experienced. This is particularly frustrating, since people naturally expect a percentage to work like a progress bar. Thank you for your well thought out feedback!

Excellent tracker, for a very reasonable price. The visa process is long and uncertain. I recommend getting the tracker early so that you can have visibility of where you are in the queue.
