First I want to say this journey…
First I want to say this journey stinks! Especially with the long wait which isn't this sites fault at all. However the timeline they give seems really exaggerated to the point it makes that little spark of hope crumble. While the USCIS site says 8 months and our attorney says mid Aug to Nov for our approval TMVN says 2027 🤦 I just can't imagine waiting that long!!

We completely empathize with how frustrating long wait times are. As the founder of the company, my fiancee and I waited over a year to get our I-129F approved. Our estimates are based on the current processing behavior, and, right now, USCIS is processing cases very slowly. The current pace is totally unsustainable. I would recommend looking at our latest YouTube video to better understand the situation. Our forecasts are based on the current USCIS processing trends, but, we don't necessarily expect USCIS to continue to work so slowly for the next two years. To help address the dire situation, we are working on a new modeling system that will use a larger historical dataset when making predictions for cases that are farther away. This model will provide some optimism with the hopes that USCIS will eventually return to more acceptable processing rates. Our goal is always to deliver the most up to date insights into USCIS's processing. Sometimes, that news is bad news, but we always strive for transparency and clarity. The days of 8 month wait times are unfortunately long gone, and may not return anytime soon.
