Their customer service simply do not get back to you. Out of 3 emails I've sent on the same topic, I've received 1 reply that didn't answer my question, and that's as a paying customer. I've now switched to Aftership even though their features are less matched to my needs.

I am using their tracking-related APIs for a year now for a project. APIs are working find but i found little glitch in one API server response that's still open, though the company representative admitted the glitch. I am facing an issue and it's been two days and have received no response from them over emails. Chat from the online portal has disappeared...

Ordered goods on 23 August, was given a tracking number which turned out to be a parcel for someone else at a different address in the same postal area. I received such a sincere apology from Royal Mail call I made, I think lady knew this was a parcel which would never arrive. Another email with different tracking number: says parcel data arrived 23 September!! But tracking stopped on 25th and now says there is no such number. I’ve waited longer for parcels from China before, but this one was supposed to be from somewhere in the UK, where I live. Will never order through Facebook again!!

I suspect that this website somehow uses your tracking number to intercept the package and have it sent elsewhere. I recommend a follow up with the original sender to see where it went so we can shut these guys down for good. Google "Package Tracking scams"

It's been ten weeks since I ordered a fitness item off a Facebook ad and it has yet to arrive. Funny thing: two days ago I reported it to Facebook's fraudulent ad page and today I get the same tracking email that I received about six weeks ago. I'm afraid to click on the link my trust level is so low. If the item truly arrives I'll circle back and post it. Not holding my breath...

This website looks like a scam. All the reviews are either saying it's practically the greatest website of all time or stating that it's junk. IT IS JUNK.
