Im beginning to think this company is involved in dodgy dealings one way or another so I don’t know who is the biggest crook. Mandala Ground ( Who i purchased from ) for using this company of whether they are in it together but I ordered a little over $50 worth of goods small easily deliverable back in June . Supposedly from the US and I paid in dollars . It appears to originate in China after emailing the company they asked for my patience . The tracking number can be found on this website but it’s not able to be found with Poste Italiane . I give it a few weeks and expressed my concerns to mandala and what do you know my tracking number shows up and shows it in Italy and poste Italiane have it . Again no recognition of tracking number on the Italian side In the end I emailed the Italian side and they have no such number ever having entered their network. I then emailed my seller to ask if they could reroute the parcel to a pickup point so I could literally get my hands on it no issue . And what do you know new tracking information. Parcel ready to collect at the post office and there had supposedly been a failed delivery attempt saying I wasn’t home . No one had been to our house at all that day ! The weird thing is there are tons of post offices in the vicinity so they normally tell you which one to go to to collect . In the end I went to a post office to see if they could at least tell me where it had been held and surprise surprise no number exists on their system ! It’s all a bit fishy to me . Either way I’m money down with no goods and one side saying well the goods are in your country now nothing we can do but poste Italiane can’t look for something that has no record of ever having been given to them . I’d stay away from any unknown thing these days you are left on your backside with no goods and no money and end up wasting more time and money trying to go around physically to locate an item that looks like it was never turned up in the first place . It’s disconcerting though as tracking information appears to be real to a point then afterwards it just feels fishy . I had thought it was just my bad luck but after checking here I wished I had not ordered but that said I was just told they used poste italiane when I ordered so again more slight untruths.

Beware, they are swindlers. I subscribed to one of their paid plans, in view of the other comments I should have gone elsewhere but once I subscribed and agreed to pay a monthly subscription I had the unpleasant surprise to see that I had been debited twice in one month. Wanting to understand why, I contact the support and it explains me very calmly without any respect that by waking up this morning they decided in changing their billing system and to take a month in advance in addition to the current month without having warned or ask the agreement of their customers. Explaining to them that they cannot debit people without their agreement for amounts that they have not authorized, one of the support agents explains to me that in order not to have a problem I have to pay yearly and not monthly... I've never seen that! They steal from you, and without shame explain to you that it's normal because they decided to charge double one morning ... It's a commercial logic of another dimension. Apparently they don't have the same laws as us. Once a customer puts his credit card it's open bar. For my part it is cancellation of the debit via my bank and closing of the TrackingMore account.

Although, they claim to have state-of-the-art V2 and V3 API's to run their website, it only accepts a review if you rate high! Incredible negative energy! Fake and Scam..

Pas de soucis pour moi avec TrackingMore. J'ai eu peur que cela soit un scam comme d'autres sites de ce style, mais le numéro de suivi était bien le bon et j'ai pu le retrouver sans problème sur le site de la poste Suisse. Il y avait beaucoup plus d'informations sur TrackingMore qu'à la poste ici. Mon colis est bien arrivé en 3 semaines des États-Unis à la Suisse. --- No worries for me with TrackingMore. I was afraid it was a scam like other sites like this, but the tracking number was the right one and I was able to find it without any problem on the Swiss Post site. There was much more information on TrackingMore than at the post office here. My package arrived in 3 weeks from the US to Switzerland.

Forcing people to give 5 star else your review won't shown. Trackingmore is terrible

Terrible !! Just Terrible ! Worst tracking service ever

The reviews on their page regarding FedEx are FAKE, not happy people giving 5 star reviews that is just a bit strange don't u think.
