Det vid beställningen utlovade leveransdatumet är bara bluff. Man hänvisas till en app som inte visar något om när de ska komma. Bara tomt. Veckorna går. Ingen info i appen. Plötsligt upptäcker man själv vid koll i appen att det plötsligt står de ska komma ”i dag kl 17-22. ” Rena slumpen jag hann kasta mig hem. Sen rapporterades 18:00 att nu lastar jag och kommer om 3 timmar. Men icke . Kl 23 ringer chauffören och kastar sen in paketen ( med vin) på hallgolvet. Kan inte svenska, Oklart om ens engelska . Har tidigare drabbats av de inte ringde vid leveransen vid huset och vi som var på tomten ( baksidan huset ) inte fick stopp på bilen . Direkt kom SMS att vi inte var hemma. Fick vänta två veckor till för nytt försök ta emot leverans. Mer än uselt företag !

Jeg får en sms på at varen kommer om 2 timer, og går ned og venter 20 minutter før, de kommer. Bliver ringet op, men ingen svarer, en hvid bil kører ind og vender. Selv om jeg prøver at få kontakt ham kører han bare igen! Total ringe service og ikke leveret på beskeden efterfølgende, ingen hjemme!

This is my third experience with Airmee, not my fault, I get products sent to me and sadly some companies choose this delivery vehicle. Unbelievable. 1. How can you have a delivery service that "tries" to deliver your parcel, and if they fail they send it back to Amazon. Any other package company on earth will place the parcel at the nearest store so you can pick it up when you have time. 2. The app. Jesus Christ. How can you have an app that you can barely update or change anything on, you cannot update the address, you cannot leave any real instructions, you cannot contact anyone, you cannot call, you cannot chat to anyone, you are told to email and then get told reply times are 3-4 days which is after the parcel has been sent back already. 3. The delivery drivers lie constantly. I have stood OUTSIDE THE DOOR at night, waiting for the guy, only to see them drive past or not even go near my street, and then get told they attempted delivery but couldn't do it because I wasn't home. 100% barefaced lies. This ended with 1 of my products being shipped back and almost terminated my relationship with a high profile client. Because of Airmee. Because of their drivers. Because of their systems in place. If I had a choice I would never use this company again. They have totally made it impossible to give them any feedback, and the drivers are left to their own devices and are deviants.

Absolutely horrible delivery experience. 3 times they've been used, because I like giving the benefit of a doubt. 3 times my deliveries have been postponed to another day, while I was at home waiting for the package. 3 times I've been called upon delivery, and answered but no one talking back. 3 times I have called back instantly after the driver hung up on the call. But no, you just can't call them back, it goes to an automated response. Do not use, just absolute trash piece of company being held afloat by investors, because in no way shape or form can they actually be making money with this shit service.

Har aldrig haft problem med någon leverans. Pålitliga och levererar alla dagar i veckan till sent på kvällen!🙌⭐️
