I was recommended this product by a fellow Aggie after his truck was stolen. Our neighborhood had seen a rise in truck thefts also so wanted to be proactive. Bought it in December 23 and called customer support same day for install locations and turned out the owner's shop could install it same day in Houston (close to Galleria). Drove in and the process was completed in under an hour and after a short demo I was on my way. Been very pleased thus far with the product.

I'm very happy with this item. It's very easy & quick to send a command trough the app. Knowing that I can activate the killswitch gives me peace of mind. I don't have to worry that once I wake up my car would be stolen. If you're looking for extra security for your car this is the way to go.

Can't say enough good things about this product and company. It was easy to install, gives you so much peace of mind that your vehicle is safe, the app is easy to navigate, and the customer service is top notch for troubleshooting and any general questions.

I will speak about the sales and customer service experience with the Trackhawk team, I had questions regarding the shipping and the unit. They we able to answer everything through the chat and a fella named Steve (which I am yet to decide if he is an AI or a live agent😁) was able answer me very fast and knew everything I needed.
