Total Property ManagementReviews of tpmrentals.com

Website very amateur. They dont release deposit as they should. Chat online never work so i can not have any help. Register to get my deposit back after receive a link. And after register it say no deposit on the account. Really struggle to het my deposit back. DO NOT USE. *Edit: "After a couple days i was able got with someone on the phone and sort and they merge my account. And money already on my bank" Apart of the website wasnt that bad experience go from 1 to 3 stars"

Horrible self regulated company set up to fast track and favor landlords over tenants and potentially get around protecting tenants deposits. Total lack of professionalism and client care.Only one recommendation - DO NOT USE THEM. Use other well established companies in the market. Lost large portion of our deposit without any plausible explanations given and / or option to escalate.

I was looking for a property to rent and I had to chase for one month to do one viewing. They hardly pick up the phone and when they finally do, they don't return calls. They were never available on the dates and times that worked for me. In the end, they told me the viewing was not possible and cancelled. Lack of respect for clients and made me lose my time and annual leave from my work.

A great company to work with!
