The product received was fine until days later, it started to melt. Had to through away immediately because of the chemicals. Not Happy, wasted money. Item was made with cheap unsafe product

However due to New Years eve having modified delivery hours, they had many delays in delivering packages. We have refunded you the cost of overnight shipment. I loved the quick, delivery service. It was by far the coolest thing, got a 9 inch shloong delivered right to my door in 15 mins. The packaging was discrete in a brown bag, almost like a packed lunch. The only problem was when I got home and charged up the w a n k e r it only lasted 20 mins, it killed my whole vibe. So I charged it up again, the light turns off only ten minutes in of charging and I'm convinced it's defective. So long story short I went back to get another one and now it's just sitting in my room still in it's packaging and I'm over it. I appreciate being able to get another one at no cost, but I will never buy another Adam and Eve product.

Thanks for your review, occasionally items can be defective, the products from Adam & Eve are manufactured by a company called Evolved Novelties and they offer a 5 year warranty on their products. Please see our website under Warranty for further information.

They offered 1-hour delivery and I paid over $50 for it BUT it took almost 3 hours for them to actually arrive. I could've driven to the store and back in that time and saved myself the money. If they offered 3-Hour delivery I wouldn't even be upset, but don't offer what you're incapable of accomplishing- it's false advertisement.

We promise fast delivery ("usually in an hour") but in a place like Miami a lot of things can sometimes impede this, traffic accidents, bad weather, time when the order came in, lack of delivery drivers etc. I can assure you that 90% of our orders are delivered within an hour. I hope that you'll give us another opportunity in the future.
