The product has come in and it is awesome
The product has finally came. The product is amazing. It looks like what I ordered from the site.The tracking is horrible. The tracker doesn't give location and when I call the number for help, I receive no information on where my product is coming from. I do recommend this site. They just have to get a better tracking system that shares information on where product is coming from or where it is located.

Cory, The tracking is sent to your email at every scan. Here's it is again: https://toylandeu.com/apps/tracking?nums=AP00816465026284 Secondly, at the bottom of the item you ordered it states very clearly. "Extra large package that requires extended shipping." It is a huge Costume and we send it the most economical way....hence you got FREE SHIPPING. Lastly, Im sure you read our website, contact info etc. We do not offer Live Phone support. Email, chat and text only. It is very clearly stated numerous times on our site. Bit confused why you thought otherwise. Have fun with your costum and hopefully you'll change this review considering all the info was provided and stated clearly to you...but we understand, people forget! We do too sometimes!
