T.E.BReviews of toxicenvyboutique.com

The representatives at Toxic envy have impeccable customer service, quick response time and are willing to go above and beyond to help meet my needs. The quality of the clothes is great as well. I would recommend anyone shop with this boutique.

Absolutely love!! Great customer service and even better quality dresses! I’ve got 3 dresses from them and love them ALL!

I have had little to no problems with this company! Their customer service is great and shipping does not take long. This is my goto for upscale pieces for a good price!

I loved my dress most definitely getting more from you .Great service to🤗

I bought this dress for a girls night out. Everyone loved it and it fitted great. Love the zipper on the back gives it a sexy feel. I have large breast (34DDD) and a small frame and the small dress still fit perfectly.

I ordered a dress from this website and the quality was absolutely beautiful ! Unfortunately I am extremely petite so it did not fit me well. Toxic Envy provided me with amazing customer service and responded to all of my emails so quickly! They were very understanding of the problem with my order and helped me process a full refund. It was a pleasant experience ordering from them and I would highly recommend this company to others !! :)

I am very happy with my purchase . The material is amazing and the price is unbeatable. I will recommend this online store. Thank you

Placed an order on AUGUST 29TH. It's SEPTMEBER 10TH. The website says 2-3 days for processing the order and I paid for 2-3 day shipping. Don't have my item. I tried every means of communication and only got a response when I commented on their most recent instagram post with my issue. They of course deleted my comment. I was then promised a $10 credit, but when I gave my info that they requested, they stopped answering. I DM'd after they promised I'd have my item by 9/7. It never came so I asked for a refund. They said they could refund me and reroute my package. I told them I was screen shotting the convo to do a chargeback if they do not refund me. They then stated that they would refund me and let me keep the dress. LOL, the tracking # they gave me shows the dress was never shipped. I recommend no one order from this company. I gave a small company a chance and I regret it. Companies like this give all small businesses a bad name.
