I did not receive the brass shims
I did not receive the brass shims, sent an email to the Contact section of web site with order number, NO RESPONSE!

I am shipping the shims to you with expedited delivery, and do apologize for that Packer's error. He was rushing to ship everything he could before we shutdown for vacation; which we noted on the webstore. We were on a Cruise and not able to respond to your message until we returned. Sorry about the bad trimming!

Great service
I called about the availability of a wedge shaft not listed online. Luckily the person who helped me double checked into the inventory and found three of the exact shafts I wanted, quickly listed them online for me and I was able to purchase them!
