Where is my order?

Ordered product… order never fulfilled. Called multiple times to find out order for shafts have been on back order for months… no mention of when or how long it would take for them to fulfill order. Person I spoke with on phone also didn’t realize that this order or many other for the same shaft had been waiting for them.

Never received what I ordered. Called them to find out why delivery kept getting pushed back. The customer service attitude was like oh well, we’ll see if it gets delivered or not. Found out the shipment was in a train derailment so I assumed it had been damaged. Tried again to call to try to work something out for a replacement and they wouldn’t pick up the phone any longer.

I did not receive the brass shims, sent an email to the Contact section of web site with order number, NO RESPONSE!

I have yet to receive confirmation and shipping details

Took forever to get I reached out then after not hearing back ordered one off Amazon arrived the next day took an order slotted for five day delivery 12 or so

Sent my money back because you did not have the clubhead that was on your website.

Follow-up 1 week after ordering LA Golf Iron Shafts. I sent an email using contact us, I haven't received any reply. It's been two weeks now and I haven't seen any change.
