Phone is no longer in service.That sucks”!!! I,made a mistake with my order and can’t get in touch with no one to make the,exchange. Left phone message with FST,and no one has returned my call. I,will no longer order anything from you and tell my golf friends not to order from you.

Apparently, you tried to contact us while we were shutdown for vacation, before season gets into full swing. We will work with you to exchange what you ordered, for what you actually want. What order did you need an exchange for?? Play well, Tour Shop Fresno

not happy that it has been over 2 weeks…
not happy that it has been over 2 weeks and haven't seen what I have already paid for. When order arrived part of it was wrong

Hi Scot,.. according to USPS tracking, they have attempted to deliver the package to you, but they have "No Access to Delivery Location". Do you have a locked gate or some other restriction, or deterrent(like a dog), that keeps them from delivering the package to you. Normally they leave an orange notice of attempted delivery. If not, then please call your local post office and ask them why they are not delivering the package to you.

Very slow to ship out!
Very slow to ship out!! I know the Holidays could of caused this-I’ll wait and see! Shaft was ordered December 26th, and as of January 5th, no word of anything . Shaft did show-very nice!!

As we discussed on January 2nd, Mitsubishi shutdown through the Holidays and did not get our restock order shipped before they shutdown. We got it to you as quickly as we could after they came back to work, and you are apparently happy with the shaft you received by the 5th.

Hi Dennis,.. You placed 3 separate orders in December, and we have not heard anything from you regarding this issue. Why did you not contact us for return, or exchange, so we could correct the issue??

The Shaft’s are first rate got me…
The Shaft’s are first rate got me higher ball flight and longer distance, great people to work with can’t say much for Fedex totally drop the ball they lost the shipment for 5 days
