False advertisement listed
Really was looking forward and receiving the wedge. It's disappointing to purchase something listed on your website that is not in stock. Please do better in making sure the items listed on your website are in stock and ready to ship.

Sorry for your disappointment. Unfortunately, people do make mistakes and inventory records are off as a result. Manufacturer's Distributor was also out of stock and could not ship direct to you. Stock outs have been a major problem in the golf industry this year!

No product received
No product received. Order was charged and a few days later a shipping label was created. Within 13 minutes the shipping label was canceled by the sender. No correspondence until now when I was emailed a survey. I personally think they took an order on an item they didn’t have but now they have my money. Never again. Already received another shaft from a company out of Dallas. Still waiting on Fresno shipment.

Order was shipped by UPS on 4/17 and delivered on 4/23; we do not know why it took UPS 5 days to deliver package. Original labeled was cancelled and replaced because it was incorrect and we printed a new label.

Poor Customer Service
Well this order was placed on April 16, 2021. I emailed inquiring if the product was in stock on April 20th as no shipping info had been provided. The response was it would be shipped that day and a tracking number would be sent . That did not happen even the following day. I emailed again asking for an update and was told that it would be given to shipper the afternoon of the 21st and expedited and would be received by the weekend. Well I got a tracking number but the tracking number shows the package has not been given to UPS as of 5 pm on Thursday. Most customers would refer to this as being given the run around. I tend to refer to it as poor customer service.

??? You ordered on 4/15 and requested cancellaton on 4/16 and was refunded on 4/16 via Paypal.!!
