Friendly and went above and beyond to get me a set of shafts that we’re in stock but not listed in their site.

My order was placed over 2 weeks ago and I heard nothing from them. When I called they said “oh, it should be on it’s way.” I told them I wanted to cancel my order, they said “I’ll have to call to see if it’s too late, bye.” They didn’t give me a confirmation, a timeline, and they still haven’t. Terrible.

Butch was very responsive and helpful when I requested that the Fujikura shaft come assembled with a specific Grip and Adapter. Just received it, looks great and I can't wait to hit the links!
