They didn't cut the shaft down to my specifications. Had to take it to another shop to get it done

Hi Jeff, I cannot find any reference in the order, or email from you on this order. I do not know how we were supposed to have known that you wanted an additional service performed. Iron shafts are normally cut to playing length after being installed in the head, to get the playing length correct. Be WELL,
