I dealt with Tim Johnson and he was so very helpful. I can’t thank him enough for the kindness he showed when some one else from the company called and was very rude and made me cry. He helped me cancel my flights. From start to finish he was so nice and empathetic to the situation. He took a lot of time to make sure everything went smoothly and reassured me that he would do whatever he could to help. Customer service is very important in a business like this and having someone Tim really made everything easy and less stressful. Thank you again Tim!

We purchased an airline ticket for unaccompanied minor when got to airport airline did not have the request.

Stay away from this company. It’s a scam .. All of these five star reviews are from the company. When you type in an airline and get a number somehow it goes to them and they pretend like they are the actual airline but then they charge you huge fees that you don’t know about to get your credit card. I googled frontier called the number I specifically if I was talking to a frontier agent and they said yes, come to find out it was this company ended up charging me $369 for booking me a $127 ticket. And I paid 127 for the ticket..
