Ms. Rachel Brown provided outstanding service.

Brad did an excellent job of walking me through and booking my reservation he helped me with technology big time because I am very weak in that area he was also very patient with me and helping me understand how to negotiate the site and the email he was a wonderful asset to me and I really appreciate his help I would use your company in the future thank you

Brad understood I was in a car accident on my way to the airport and wasn’t able to arrive 2 hours before my flight to check my bags so he confirmed a new flight for the next day.

I called to cancel my flight and I was able to speak to Dinelle White a travel consultant, she went above and beyond to satisfy my needs, she was very kind , patient and very attentive. At the end of the call , all my needs were taking care of . Dinelle is a good asset for the company.
