Help Plus Knowledge = Success
Dominique was knowledgeable in helping me understand how the additional pass-through fees from VISA and MasterCard would affect the business. She then added value by introducing me to the gateway services TouchSuite offers through NMI. Finally, she followed up on our conversation with an email containing links to NMI. This was a valuable conversation.

Great Customer Service…
We have been customers for several years! and I have to say that EVERY time I contacted TouchSuite customer service, it was a very pleasant experience and I was always very satisfied with the outcome from all of the representatives, However; I must Highlight the exceptional Above and Beyond customer service I received from Jeremy. He has gone out of his way to assist me with my issues with CLOVER. He is an amazing representation of what CUSTOMER SERVICE should always be. I am very sad to say That I am closing the account due to the disagreements I have with CLOVER and the misinformation I received from them and the extremely high fees. Thank you Jeremy, Robin, Matt and Dominique for your assistance all this years. Wishing you the Best,
