Michael went above and beyond to get us back up and running Our card processing went down completely, every transaction declining. Michael picked up his cell phone well after hours to help us, then followed up first thing the next morning and kept at it until he found the fix (reboarding our account with the processor). His timely responses and willingness to go the extra mile are ultimately what got us back in business. Great communication the whole way through. Thanks Michael!

Michael at TouchSuite changed that for us. Michael built a centralized management system that lets us oversee the TouchSuite gateway for every one of our locations from one place. Whenever I bring Michael a problem, he responds quickly and goes the extra mile to make sure it's fully resolved, not just patched. KELLY WAS A HUGE HELP!!!!

I was thoroughly impressed with Michael going above and beyond to help me resolve the socket error issue we were experiencing with our FD150. He patiently walked me through step-by-step troubleshooting multiple times. He explained everything clearly. He got us a new terminal sent out right away, and had a temporary portal up and running for us within minutes. He was polite, pleasant, and a pleasure to work with.

Quick, concise answers. Jeremy answered all the questions he could very quickly & anything that he couldn't he found the answer & got back to me right away. He made solving my problems less stressful.
