Dear Valued Customer, We are so deeply sorry to hear your bracelet has stopped charging properly after the battery drained, and that it gets hot when plugged in with no steady red light showing—this is absolutely not the experience we want you to have, especially when this bracelet means so much to you as a comforting connection with your friend 🫂. We fully understand how important this little device is for your peace of mind, especially with your friend leaving next week, and we know how unsettling it would be if you couldn’t send those gentle reassuring flashes to each other when you need it most 🥺. Our dedicated support team will reach out to you via email very shortly with clear troubleshooting steps and a fast solution to get your bracelet working perfectly again. Please don’t worry at all—we will prioritize your case ✨. Warm regards, Totwoo customer service

Your honest feedback means the world to us—it helps us keep improving every detail of our products to make them safer and more fun for every family. Hi there, We were so excited when we saw your super detailed and lovely review, and we can’t be happier that your Totwoo bracelet worked perfectly for your long-distance travel to New Zealand! 🎉 It makes our whole team’s day to know the fast shipping, easy setup and all the fun little features like the daily horoscope and the lucky "yes or no" ball have brought you such a nice experience. We even laughed out loud when we saw the lucky ball told you to go to McDonald’s — that’s exactly the little sweet surprise we hope our users get every day 😂. If you ever need any help, or want to share more fun moments with your bracelet later, we are always here waiting for your message. Hope you keep enjoying every warm little tap with your partner! 💖 Best regards, Totwoo customer service
