If you order custom bags, make sure you budget for up to 20-25 business days in your timing. The website lists 7-10 business days for production from proof approval and 1-5 for business days for shipping - total of 15 business. We're past the upper limits on both of those and still do not have shipping confirmation - the total time they're projecting would make it 20-25 business days for an order of 100 custom bags. Customer service is friendly, but not very clear on timing or being able to resolve anything.

The quality of the bags is just okay. My biggest problem, however, was the customer service. They didn’t send me what I ordered to begin with. The support I received when dealing with this was extremely lacking and not helpful until well into the email conversation when I asked for more details and better service. I showed some frustration but was patient and understood that I was not just emailing a robot. But the responses I received were not understanding to me and made the situation seem like more of an inconvenience to them instead of me. I got no apology until I pointed this out to them. Then, they shipped me replacement bags with standard shipping that arrived a week later than I needed them. The least they (or any respectable business) could do is first apologize, then, ship me the bags as soon as they possibly can (even if that means they’re paying an extra $5 for shipping).. I will not be buying from them again. The quality of the product is not worth the headache of them messing up an order and taking no responsibility for it.
