I ordered 100 customized heavy canvas totes in four colors. Unfortunately, 18 of the 27 maroon totes arrived discolored and are not suitable for resale. After several emails, ToteBagFactory agreed to replace the 18 defective totes at no additional cost. However, they requested that I remove my Trustpilot review before proceeding. I explained that I would gladly remove the review once the replacements were received and inspected. Since then, I've sent multiple follow-up emails without receiving a response or confirmation that the replacements are being processed. As a small business owner, I rely on quality merchandise and dependable customer service. I'm extremely disappointed in how this situation has been handled and hope TBF will honor its commitment.

I don't recommend working with ToteBagFactory. I tried to place an order over two weeks ahead of when I needed items for an event. Their website has an expected delivery date indicated on the site, and I was well within what I needed when I placed the order. After placing the order, I asked if I could have the items shipped to two different locations - 400 to one, 150 to another. They said that would have to have been booked by the sales team. Not great customer service.. Then, they ask when I need the items by, and try to upcharge me several hundred dollars. When I declined asking for a cancellation, they said that 3% credit card charge would still apply. I've never seen a service charge still apply after a cancellation. As a solopreneur, Imprint and VistaPrint have both been much more reliable.

Quick delivery and all products were high quality and exactly as expected

They are nice bags made from recycled material but they smelled a little weird, so I washed them and it seemed to solve the problem.

The bags are very high quality and look even better than the online pictures. Shipping was fast. Pricing is great.

I loved how quickly the turn around for my first purchased was. I purchased the canvas totes bags and not only I was impressed with how fast they shipped and most importantly the quality of the bags were higher than expected. Will be ordering more from them, thank you Tote bag factory.
