Total Tax, IncReviews of totaltaxinc.com

Our family has been with Total Tax, Inc. for about 25 years. We are very happy with their service. Total Tax, Inc. takes care of us as if we were family...always there to promptly answer our questions, whether it is via snail mail, e-mail, phone or in person. Most importantly, we sleep well every night knowing we have Total Tax, Inc. watching our back. We would recommend their services to anyone needing an honest, professional, well-informed tax preparation company.

Total Tax, Inc has been our tax preparation company for our itemized joint tax return since about 1990. Their service has been stellar. We have rental properties, as well as our home, and for us, keeping up with the many yearly changes in the tax laws is far too complicated for us to handle. We feel fortunate and confident that Total Tax, Inc will get our paperwork right, and turned in on time. When switching financial advisors this past year, our RMD (Required Minimum Distribution) was not done. Total Tax, Inc came to our rescue. They walked us through the steps we needed to do to make it right, and our 50% penalty was waived by the IRS. Thank you Total Tax, Inc. We are so confident in their expertise, and so comfortable with their professional staff, that we drive 120 miles round trip each year to stay with this company. Total Tax, Inc has been an excellent company for completing our taxes year after year.

If you were fortunate enough to find Total Tax by a google search, please let them help you. I went through a divorce and found out that my spouse did not file any of our taxes for 10 years!! I tried handling this on my own and with another accountant without much success. I filed a offer in compromise on my own since the IRS wanted me to pay them $60k in interest and penalties, or threatened to lien my house. I received a rejection letter after 6 months of waiting and felt completely lost. I was told to hire a tax attorney by many and happy that I didn't. I found Total Tax by searching google and they guided me with such kindness and eagerness to help me. There was a tight deadline to negotiate the offer again. Becky gathered our information and spoke to an IRS agent immediately. I was amazed by the contacts she had and was able to have real discussion with them. After Becky's hard work, they accepted my $5,000 offer that I originally proposed! I feel so blessed that I found Becky and know that this would have never have came out good for me if I did this on my own, or hired an attorney. I am now working with Tamar to help me with my business taxes and she has already guided me with some areas that I need to change. It feels good to be free of IRS debt and to know I can work with good people going forward with my business. The staff at Total Tax has given me such hope for a solid future in my business when it comes to filing paperwork. Thank you so much!

We have used Totall Tax for several years, and find the tax service to do excellent work. Total Tax is efficient reasonably priced, and up to date on the new tax laws. We have never had any questions from the IRS about our taxes. I would highly recommend Total Tax service to anyone. RIchard Rathdrum, I’d.

My artsy, creative side proves a bit of a challenge when it comes to all things tax-related. Thus, it’s imperative to have a smart, trust-worthy team to handle my business taxes and accounting. I am so pleased to have found that in Tamar at Total Tax and to have someone that is able to clearly spell out all the details for me. I would most certainly recommend them!

I checked Total Tax out after a bad experience with a local tax attorney and they lived up to everything people said about them. Super nice people and they were on top of my issues immediately and consistently. Great service and great results. As a single mom, I really appreciate finding businesses I can trust and that are affordable too. I truly got a fresh start, as they say, and will keep Total Tax as my tax expert for life! I recommend them completely.

I am an elderly women and it seems that more years that go by the less I understand how things work. I had a problem with my taxes this year and I needed help so I visited Trust Pilot for some help and I met with Tamar, she was very helpful and knew right how to handle the situation. Thank you very much. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of tax assistance. Sincerely Sandy H.
