Coming home from work only to that everything that you have worked for was frozen and a levy was applied was one of the most devastating situations I have ever experienced! I went to Total Tax in total despair over my tax debt that was above 200K. They worked with the IRS and got me a monthly installment payment that exceeded my expectations. I wasn't eligible for an OiC, but based on the low installment payment a lot of my debt will drop off due to statute limitations for collections. Half hour or so later got a phone call from Tamar and we started the process. She explained everything in detail. Sent me the forms I needed to fill out and send back to them. I faxed the forms the next evening and they immediately started contacting the IRS to get the levy removed. So far they have been true to there word. I would recommend them to anyone.
